H1 Kosher $1,000 Launch Giveaway

On October 28, 2026, we updated these Official Rules in three ways: (1) the Giveaway's name changed from "H1 Kosher $1,000 Founding Member Grocery Giveaway" to "H1 Kosher $1,000 Launch Giveaway"; (2) entries are now made by submitting the giveaway signup form (Section 5); and (3) marketing emails are now a separate, optional choice on that form (Sections 5 and 10). All entries validly made before this update remain valid and keep the same chance of winning. Nothing else about the entry period, eligibility, prize, or odds changed.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. No Purchase Necessary
The H1 Kosher $1,000 Launch Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is free to enter. Entering the Giveaway does not require any purchase or payment of any kind.
2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by H1 Holly Foods LLC, doing business as H1 Kosher, 19275 Mystic Pointe Drive, Aventura, FL 33180 ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Giveaway may be sent to hello@h1kosher.com.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements at the time of entry:
- Legal resident of Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County, Florida
- 18 years of age or older
- Has a valid email address, phone number, and shipping address within one of those three counties
The following people are not eligible to enter or win:
- Owners, members, officers, employees, and contractors of Sponsor
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) of any of the above
- Anyone living in the same household as any of the above, whether or not related
4. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on October 5, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). It ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on the earlier of:
- the 30th calendar day after the Official Online Store Launch; or
- December 31, 2027.
"Official Online Store Launch" means the first date H1 Kosher accepts paid online grocery orders from the general public in its initial delivery area. Publication of the coming-soon page, private testing, and later openings in additional neighborhoods are not the Official Online Store Launch and do not change the end date.
Until the Official Online Store Launch, the end date will be shown as "30 days after launch, and no later than December 31, 2027" at the top of these Official Rules and on the entry form. On the Official Online Store Launch date, Sponsor will post the exact end date and drawing date in both places, where they will remain for the rest of the Entry Period, and will email them to all entrants. The period from start to end is the "Entry Period." Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Giveaway, and entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted. If no Official Online Store Launch occurs by December 31, 2027, Sponsor will post the exact drawing date on h1kosher.com and email it to all entrants no later than January 2, 2028.
5. How to Enter
To enter, submit the giveaway signup form at h1kosher.com during the Entry Period with:
- First and last name
- Shipping address in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County
- Date of birth (used to verify age)
- Email address
- Phone number
Submitting the form and accepting these Official Rules completes your entry. Anyone who meets Section 3, including a person who already has an H1 Kosher account, may enter this way. Signing in or creating an account at checkout, without submitting the giveaway signup form, does not enter you in the Giveaway.
Entry limits and conditions:
- Limit one entry per person and per email address for the entire Giveaway. If a person accidentally creates more than one account, one entry will count.
- No purchase, order, referral, social media follow, or share is required to enter.
- Opting in to text messages is optional and is not required to enter or win.
- Receiving marketing emails is optional. The email box on the signup form is checked when the form opens, and you may uncheck it. Your choice is not required to enter or win and does not affect your chances of winning.
- Unsubscribing from marketing emails or texts after entering does not cancel your entry.
- Entrants who deliberately try to obtain extra entries, through multiple accounts, false identities, or automated means, will be disqualified.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends. Sponsor will announce the drawing date together with the end date of the Entry Period. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will keep records of the drawing. If the Entry Period ends on December 31, 2027, the drawing will take place no later than January 7, 2028.
7. Winner Notification and Announcement
- Sponsor will send the winner notice by email, and will also attempt to reach the potential winner by phone, within three (3) days after the drawing.
- The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days after the email notice is sent.
- The potential winner must provide any requested proof of age, residency, and identity within seven (7) calendar days after Sponsor sends the verification request. No payment is ever required to claim the prize.
- If either deadline is missed, the prize is declined, or the potential winner does not meet these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, and the same process will apply until the prize is awarded.
- Once verified, the winner will be announced on h1kosher.com and H1 Kosher's social media using only their first name, last initial, and city (for example, "Sarah L., Aventura"). No photograph, full name, or other personal information will be published without the winner's separate written permission, and declining that permission does not affect the prize.
8. Prize
One (1) prize: $1,000 in H1 Kosher store credit (approximate retail value: $1,000).
- Issuance: The credit will be added to the winner's H1 Kosher account within fourteen (14) days after verification.
- Use: The credit may be used for any products sold on h1kosher.com and for taxes, delivery fees, and any other checkout charges, all of which are deducted from the credit balance.
- No minimums or payment card: Prize orders are not subject to any minimum order amount. No payment card is required when the credit covers the full order, and any remaining balance, however small, may be used.
- Orders above the balance: If an order exceeds the remaining balance, the winner may choose to pay the difference or reduce the order. The winner is never required to pay out of pocket to use the prize.
- Delivery area: Prize orders may be delivered to any address in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County, including addresses outside H1 Kosher's regular delivery areas.
- Multiple orders: The credit may be used across multiple orders until the balance is used.
- Expiration: The credit does not expire.
- Small remaining balance: The winner may request the remaining balance by check if it is (a) less than $25, or (b) not enough to cover the lowest-priced available item plus delivery and checkout charges to the winner's address, and the winner prefers not to place an order requiring additional payment. Requests may be sent to hello@h1kosher.com, and Sponsor will mail the check within thirty (30) days after the request.
- Alcohol: Purchases of beer, wine, or spirits require the recipient to be 21 or older and present valid ID at delivery.
- Restrictions: The credit is not transferable and may be redeemed for cash only through the check remedies expressly provided in this Section 8.
- If the store has not launched: If the Entry Period ends on December 31, 2027 without an Official Online Store Launch, the winner will receive $1,000 by check, mailed within fourteen (14) days after verification.
- If the store closes: If, before or after the credit is issued, H1 Kosher permanently closes or cannot fulfill prize orders for thirty (30) consecutive days, Sponsor will pay the winner the full $1,000 or the unused balance, as applicable, by check within thirty (30) days after the later of (a) the winner's verification, or (b) the permanent closure or the 30th consecutive day of non-fulfillment. This does not change the separate fourteen (14) day deadline for the no-launch check above. This remedy applies instead of the substitution provision in Section 12.
9. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes that apply to the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documents only if required by law, and may request the winner's taxpayer information through a secure method if needed for that purpose. Taxpayer information will never be requested by ordinary email or through the entry form.
10. Use of Entrant Information
Information provided when entering will be used to administer the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at h1kosher.com/policies/privacy-policy, including to create or update your H1 Kosher account. Entering does not by itself sign you up for marketing emails. Sponsor sends news, offers, and promotions by email only to entrants who leave the optional email box on the signup form checked, or who otherwise agree to receive them.
- You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Marketing text messages are sent only to entrants who separately opt in, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribing or opting out does not affect your entry or your chances of winning.
- Sponsor may contact entrants about their entry, verification, and the prize regardless of marketing preferences.
11. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce them as described in Section 7, using only their first name, last initial, and city, without additional compensation. Any other use of the winner's name, photograph, or likeness requires the winner's separate written permission.
12. General Conditions
- Sponsor will administer the Giveaway fairly and in accordance with these Official Rules and Florida law, including Section 849.094, Florida Statutes. Sponsor will not arbitrarily disqualify valid entries or fail to award the prize.
- Sponsor may disqualify an entrant only for documented ineligibility, deliberately false information, deliberate attempts to obtain extra entries (including through multiple accounts or automated means), or tampering with the entry process. As stated in Section 5, an accidental duplicate account does not disqualify an entrant, and one entry will count.
- If fraud, a technical failure, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affects the fairness of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend entry while it investigates, will preserve all valid entries, and will post a notice on h1kosher.com. In all cases, the prize will be awarded from the eligible entries.
- If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, except where Section 8 provides a check remedy, which takes precedence.
- This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by Sponsor's negligence or willful misconduct. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not received due to technical problems beyond its control. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
15. Winner's Name Request
To receive the winner's name (first name, last initial, and city), email hello@h1kosher.com with the subject line "H1 Kosher Giveaway Winner" within ninety (90) days after the drawing.
