Our story

Every week, I see families in our community stretch their budgets just to set a Shabbat table. I know families who serve meat only on the most special occasions, not by choice, but because kosher food has become too expensive. That can't be the norm.

Kosher shouldn't be a luxury. For too long, keeping kosher has come with a premium that makes everyday groceries harder to afford. I started H1 Kosher to change that: quality kosher food at fair prices, with no kosher premium, delivered with the care our community deserves.

Why H1?

H1 stands for Hashem Echad, the words that complete the first verse of the Shema. They remind us what guides everything we do: faith, and a community that takes care of one another. No matter where we come from, what language we speak, or what we can afford, we are one.

WE ARE ALL H1
